Out the Door
Your kit is done. Download it, or share it as a link, and take it wherever you apply. The studio never sends it for you, and that's the point: the last move is always yours.
Your kit reads right. You've shaped it until it sounds like you, and it's done. All that's left is to get it out of the studio, and then the one move that's yours alone.
Get it out
Take it in the form you need. Download the kit and it's a file you own, ready for a portal or an attachment. Or share it as a link, if that's the way this one goes out.
However you're applying, through a company's site or a hiring manager's inbox, the kit comes with you. It's yours to carry wherever the application lives.
Then you send it
Here's where the studio stops.
It doesn't submit the application. It won't press send, or fire it off while you sleep. It never will. That last step is yours, done by your own hand, the way you'd send anything you're putting your name on. You read it one more time, you decide it's ready, and it goes when you say it goes.
The studio stops here on purpose
This is by design, the line the whole thing is built around. The studio does the work you'd do on your best day, if you only had the days: it reads the role and weighs the fit, it builds the application and shapes it with you. Then it stops, right where the judgment starts, and hands you the call. Whether the role is worth it, whether the application is ready, whether it goes out: those stay yours, because they were always the point.
The tools that fire applications off for you are the same ones burying good people in the pile. You do the opposite. You send fewer, and you send them yourself. Every one carries your name, because you put it there.
The last word is yours
The kit is yours, because you built it from your own story. The send is yours, because the studio hands you the pen and steps back. And the search stays yours, the whole way through.
So send it, by hand. Then mark it sent and see where it lands, applied today and onward as the replies come in. Tracking the pipeline keeps the whole search in one place.
